The "Primary" remote training process


Primary Training Process

 

After logging in to the OTC, you will receive an automatic primary training program enrollment authorization for the product you selected.


 

Important:

When you have completed your session in the remote OTC, please be sure to press the "Logout" button. Closing the Internet browser, will not disconnect you from the remote OTC. You will not be able to re-login later.


You can check your enrollment status for any of the training programs by clicking on “communicate” (1) and opening the "Mail Box" tab (2).

All correspondence regarding training will be done through your internal mail box.



Click on the "Home Page" option (3).

Proceed to the "Start Learning" (4).

Click the training program link to open the "Knowledge Center". Here, you can see all the training modules, and your progress, according to the sequential order specified in the program (5).



The "Knowledge Center" window opens:


Check how many days you have to complete the modules (6).

Click "Quick Start" (8) to open the current learning module immediately, or click on the learning module link to open the training module's "Knowledge Center" (7).

After all of the tutorials in the module are completed, you will see the status will  be changed to "complete" and you will be able to proceed to the next training module (9).



Please click the "Mark As Completed" button (10), to mark the reviewed tutorial as having been completed.


After the whole list of tutorials is marked as completed, your current module's status is changed to completed (11) and you can proceed to the next training module in the program list (12).


You can write your comments in this module, so we will be able to evaluate the effectiveness of the information provided in the tutorials. To do so, please click the completed training module (13).
 


Please fill out the short surveys after completing each learning module by clicking on the "Peer Comments" tab (14).



If you need to review a completed module once again, you can reopen it by selecting the "Records/Transcript" tab  (15).



Click the completed training module you wish to reopen  (16).



And click the "reopen" link (17).



Now, you will be able to review the completed training module, from the "Enrolled Learning Modules" tab.
