The "Certification" remote training process:

Certification Training Process

Before proceeding with the Certification remote training process, you must first review the primary and advanced training process instructions.

Important:

When you have completed your session in the remote OTC, please be sure to press the "Logout" button. Closing the Internet browser, will not disconnect you from the remote OTC. You will not be able to re-login later.

In the Certification training process (1), every training program includes all of the necessary training modules, which can be found in the primary training process, as well as all relevant exams from the advanced training process. Task modules are added to the Certification training process as well.

The training process is sequential as well; you can proceed to the next training

module only after the current module is completed.

Every training module is followed by a knowledge evaluation examination (same as in the advanced training process) and a task, which must be completed in Orad's fully equipped remote training center.

* Task completion in the HOL (Hands On Lab) is mandatory for continuing through  the training process. You need to complete all of the tasks in order to reach "Certification" level.

Upon the completion  every training module, you will be automatically enrolled with a task relevant to that module.

To view that task, you need to log out and login so that the system will recognize your entitlement for that task.

About a half minute after your re-login, you can refresh, and see a new task in your "Start Learning" tab (2).

Click the module task to understand what should be completed during your remote session in the HOL (Hands On Lab).

Do not click the "Mark As Completed" (3) button until the task is completed in the HOL.

By clicking this button, you are informing the Orad Training Department that the current task has been completed, and you are ready for the training team to check it.

You need to select a specific time slot for the remote session in our training center, to complete your task's module.

* You can you the HOL session in order to complete more than 1 task.

* Each session default length is 4 hours.

Click on "Enroll" button (8) to register to this specific session.

After registering to the HOL session, you can see your reserved session in the training calendar (9).

The calendar can be seen in the "Start Learning" tab.

Access to the HOL session is possible only through an email that you will receive 2 days before the session date.

* You can not register to a session which is less than 2 days from current date, and you can cancel your participation in a selected session 2 days before the selected session.

If you need to cancel your HOL session, so that you will be able to select another session, open the reserved session from the calendar (9).

Click the "Withdraw Enrollment" button (10) to cancel your participation in the current session.

If the "Withdraw Enrollment" process was successful, you will be able to select another HOL session.

Connection to the HOL session is possible only through the link you will receive 2 days before the scheduled session.

In the email you will be able to see the scheduled session time according to Israeli time (11).

When it is time for your scheduled session, click on the link from your email (12) to proceed to the remote HOL website.

After you are logged in to the remote computer, open the needed program, and start proceeding with the task of the training module.

If you wish to save your scene in 3Designer, please do so only in a folder (project) which has your name (17).  Name your file by the name of the task (18). In Morpho 3D, save your file in a folder with your name, in the Storyboards folder.

After you finish your task and you wish to finish your session on the remote computer, please click on the Start button and choose the Log off option.
